We are happy to announce the first Acts of NOVA ROCK 2017 – with some heavy ones, we think! The NOVA ROCK presented by Volume is happy to announce:

GREEN DAY – the US Neo-Gods of Punk are back, their new album „Revolution Radio“ soars as expected and their live-shows are legendary!
PROPHETS OF RAGE – members of Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill unified in one band? Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, Brad Wilk, Chuck D, B-Real and DJ Lord. You don’t have to be a prophet, to know that this is legendary!
RANCID – Actually everybody named Armstrong at #NR17? First Billie Joe, now Tim. Punk and Ska in it‘s rawest and most honest way. That’s how it works!
IN FLAMES – on november, 11th their new record „Battles“ will be released – these swiss guys knows how to make metal!
BROILERS – the shooting stars from our wonderful neighbour country. Always an outstanding live-experience.
ME FIRST & THE GIMME GIMMES – the Punk Rock Cover Supergroup. Now their songs finally sound, as they should.
HATEBREED – NYHC as it should be, always the right mix of old and new school as well as a good dose of metal.
SSIO – Nr. 1 at the german album charts as a rapper with afghan roots – well done!
ESKIMO CALLBOY – Metalcore? Post-Hardcore? Trancecore? No matter, these guys simply crank up, that’s what counts.
JAMARAM – Dub-Reggae, Ska, Latin, Balkan- & Afrobeat, there’s so much in it and above all they are well festival-experienced.

And all these ones with the marvellous DAVID HASSELHOFF as late night special – that’s festival-life at it’s best!
